We are sorry your item(s) did not work out. Don't stress we accept returns within (14) days from when your order was received. Please read the following return restrictions. Please remember we are not a large box store, we try our best to make our return policy fair!
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT ON RETURNS! We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment. This is why we ask you to take your time in selecting your purchases. But feel free to reach out to us by email or DM through Instagram with any questions regarding sizing or styling.
-All Sale Items, Jewelry and Accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
-Items must have all tags attached.
-Returned items must not be worn, washed, or altered.
-Items in worn condition my be subject to a $25 restocking fee
-If items are in poor or damaged condition they will be returned to the customer.
-Be sure to include any original packaging and fill out the return form with all the necessary information.
-We DO NOT send return labels, so please ship back however you like!
-All eligible items must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) from receiving your order to qualify for store credit. Returns attempted after this 2 week period will not be accepted. If we receive a return past the 14 day return period - there will be a $25 restocking fee - if your item does not exceed $25, the rest will be issued in store credit. Store Credit never expires!
-Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive an email with your store credit amount (please allow 3-5 business days for this process)
-Please email us when you would like to redeem your credit. We will adjust your cart before you complete your new purchase!
-We offer exchanges as long as we have the size in stock.
